Well Week = A full week of the year dedicated to doing the things that help make us well.

Let's make a focus toward the things that work, the moments we love, the people that matter, a life of meaning, gratitude for today, the parts that make us whole.

Wellness is a personal journey and you can customize it with the needs and desires to achieve your goal. 
Here are a few suggestions:
 

1. Practice self care: Take time for activities that nourish your body and mind, like taking a warm bath, practicing meditation, or doing yoga.

 

2. Write in a journal: Reflect on your thoughts and feelings, write down your achievements, or jot down things you're grateful for.

 

3. Treat yourself to a favorite meal: Enjoy a delicious meal at your favorite restaurant or cook a special dish at home.

 

4. Exercise regularly: Engage in physical activities that you enjoy, whether it's going for a walk, hitting the gym, or dancing.

 

5. Read a good book: Get lost in the pages of a book that interest or inspire you.

 

6. Practice mindfulness: Spend a few minutes each day in mindfulness meditation to stay present and reduce stress.

 

7. Explore a new hobby: Pick up a new hobby or rediscover an old one that brings you joy.
